Eric has more than two decades of experience in plant operations, engineering leadership, Lean manufacturing, and operational excellence. He spent 14 years with Ingersoll Rand in progressively senior roles spanning engineering, manufacturing management, and global operational excellence, and later held leadership positions with H-E Parts International and Allegion, where he ultimately served as Plant Manager of the company’s Snoqualmie, Washington facility. Throughout his career, Eric has led plant turnarounds, Lean transformations, and performance improvement initiatives across the United States and Europe.
Cassie brings extensive experience in multi-unit operations, recruiting, talent management, and organizational leadership. During her 10-year career with Abercrombie & Fitch, she progressed from General Manager to Senior District Manager, leading teams and operations across the United States and Europe. She played a key role in launching the company’s first location in the Netherlands, recruiting and hiring more than 400 candidates for the opening.
Together, Eric and Cassie bring firsthand experience identifying, developing, and leading high-performing talent. Their complementary backgrounds in industrial operations, engineering, recruiting, and organizational leadership provide a strong foundation as they partner with companies seeking Engineering and Operations professionals within the Industrial Manufacturing industry.
