Will brings extensive leadership experience across FDA and other regulated industries, spanning large global public companies and late-stage startups, with deep experience across diverse sectors including biotech, agribusiness, SaaS, food & beverage, and supplements.

Will most recently served in a dual legal and commercial role, where he led a cross-functional team responsible for legal affairs, government affairs, and external communications. Earlier in his career, Will practiced corporate law, advising companies on governance, restructuring, and complex transactional matters.

In his new role, he will lead CSafe’s global legal function, overseeing corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management as the Company continues to scale. Based at CSafe’s Monroe, OH corporate office, he will be instrumental in advancing the Company’s growth strategy and its mission to deliver life-enhancing therapies to patients around the world.
